Job summary

Aya Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Manager, IT & Non-Clinical to provide strategic leadership for the national non-clinical staffing recruitment division with a primary focus on IT staffing.

You will lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters while establishing recruiting strategy, performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years IT/technical staffing recruitment experience.
• Minimum of 3 years leading IT staffing recruiters.
• Experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and/or direct-hire IT positions.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for national non-clinical recruitment with a primary IT focus.
• Lead and develop a team of recruiters across IT, marketing, finance, and other professional disciplines.
• Establish recruiting goals, KPIs, productivity standards, and performance expectations.
• Monitor recruiters’ activity, candidate submissions, interviews, offers, starts and overall production.
• Train recruiters on sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, technical skill assessment, and closing.
