Job summary

Ruchman and Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager to oversee a nationwide investigative services contract for DHS/ICE/HSI/WSEU. You will act as the task manager, lead staffing, and serve as the main government point of contact, providing updates and progress on deliverables.

The role requires extensive program management, federal contract experience, and the ability to ensure quality while guiding strategic improvements and risk management. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or Master’s (MA/MS) Degree.
• Fifteen years of relevant experience (ten years if MA/MS).
• Demonstrated knowledge and application in administrative policies, audits, program management, federal contract management, financial management, and related functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contract management and task execution as the primary point of contact.
• Plan resources and staffing to meet contract demands.
• Meet government leads (COR) to provide updates and progress.
• Provide management and technical oversight to ensure quality and best practices.
• Conduct QA reviews and timely delivery of deliverables.
• Suggest improvements to align with strategic goals and objectives.
• Assist with briefings, presentations, and related activities.
• Assess risks and report on performance indicators.
• Develop operational knowledge of the Worksite Enforcement program.
