Qualifications

  • Fifteen years of relevant experience (ten years if MA/MS).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application in administrative policies, audits, program management, federal contract management, financial management, and related functions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan resources and staffing to meet contract demands.
  • Meet government leads (COR) to provide updates and progress.
  • Provide management and technical oversight to ensure quality and best practices.

  • Assist with briefings, presentations, and related activities.
  • Assess risks and report on performance indicators.
  • Develop operational knowledge of the Worksite Enforcement program.

Description

The Senior Manager will oversee a nationwide investigative services contract in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)/Homeland Security Investigations (HSI)/Worksite Enforcement Unit (WSEU).
Duties include but is not limited to:
  • Possess the ability to perform and support all tasks under this contract and serve as the task manager for all activities as required for this contract.
  • Perform adequate resource planning and staffing.
  • Serve as the main government point of contact (POC); Meet the COR or other government leads to provide task updates and demonstrate progress.
  • Provide management and technical oversight for tasks performed, ensuring quality and best practices are applied.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements, efficiencies, and alignment of expectations with strategic goals and objectives
  • Assist with briefings, presentations, training, and activities to support this program.
  • Assess, monitor and report performance risks.
  • Develop operational knowledge and functional understanding of the Worksite Enforcement program
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or Master’s (MA/MS) Degree
  • Fifteen years of relevant experience (ten years if candidate possesses a MA/MS Degree)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application in the areas of administrative policies, audits, program management, federal contract management, financial management, and functions similar to those identified in the work statement
  • Experience in problem solving, critical thinking, and prioritizing workload
  • At least two years of experience managing personnel and projects similar to this requirement
  • US Citizenship - Clearance
