Job summary

84 Lumber seeks an Installation Manager to develop and evaluate installed programs that require suppliers to install the products they supply. The role includes hiring, training, and evaluating installed managers, and qualifying new labor sources to install products.

You will also help reduce risk and liability to insure profitable programs, participate in bids and sales presentations, and help develop policies and procedures for installed programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze & interpret scientific, financial and legal reports; respond to inquiries from customers or regulators.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions; interpret technical instructions with abstract and concrete variables.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in Hiring Installed personnel (Installers and Install managers).
• Training Installed Managers.
• Evaluating Installed managers and programs.
• Assisting in bids and sales presentations.
• Interviewing, qualifying and contracting subcontractors for labor sources.
• Developing policy and procedures for installed programs.
