Job summary

Upside Innovations seeks a Director of Installation Network to lead development, management, and expansion of a nationwide installation partner network. You will establish standards, pricing, and partnerships to ensure safe, high-quality installations.

The role requires building strategic relationships, negotiating subcontractor agreements, developing scalable processes, and conducting field quality inspections across the U.S. Travel 25–50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or operations management.
• Minimum 5 years managing subcontractor networks and field operations.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements with subcontractors or vendors.
• Strong Excel skills with pricing models and data analysis.
• Experience developing training, onboarding, or certification programs for contractors or field personnel.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, ADA accessibility requirements, and applicable building codes.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage nationwide installation partner network.
• Build relationships with installation partners and assess capabilities, capacity, geography, and performance.
• Establish safety, workmanship, quality, scheduling, customer service, and compliance standards.
• Develop installer certification and scorecard program for partners.
• Conduct field visits, quality audits, and inspections; drive corrective actions.
• Provide reports on network performance, pricing analysis, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Travel nationally 25–50% to visit partners, recruit contractors, and support initiatives.
