Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is hiring an Installation Manager to oversee field installation staff and ensure branch goals are met. You will work in alignment with policies, drive operational excellence, and lead a team across installation and service disciplines.

Pay ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 per year with a 20% bonus potential and a company vehicle/gas card. Travel to job sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license if operating a company or personal vehicle for business purposes.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills and ability to manage timelines.
• Minimum of two (2) years of direct management experience overseeing installation or operations teams.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience driving operational and financial metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state-specific licensing (e.g., Class D, Alarm Installer).
• Willingness to travel to job sites, including overnight travel as needed.
• Proven analytical, decision-making, and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project management, system installation, and commissioning staff.
• Provide technical leadership and accountability for installation projects.
• Plan, organize, and control installation and engineering activities.
• Oversee training, retention, and development of installation staff.
• Establish goals, evaluate performance, and manage salary recommendations for direct reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and customer requirements.
• Address escalated field issues and drive customer satisfaction.
