Job summary

Kastle Systems in Nashville, TN seeks a VP, National Installation to optimize installation planning and execution, forecast demand, manage procurement, inventory, fleet, leases, and subcontractors, and align across regions.

The role partners with sales, operations, finance and senior leadership to drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance while leading a high‑performing installation workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• PMP Preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt advanced professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or integrated business planning roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory management, fleet management, and facility management.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and cost savings in a complex, multi-faceted organization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with subcontractors and managing external relationships.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data analytics to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive installation planning and execution aligned with customer commitments and business objectives.
• Develop installation forecasting models for capacity planning, resource allocation, and revenue projections in partnership with sales, operations, and finance.
• Lead the development of integrated demand and supply planning processes to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Oversee procurement strategy, driving cost efficiencies and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Design inventory strategies to maintain optimal levels and minimize carrying costs.
• Oversee the management of the company fleet for efficiency, cost control, and safety compliance.
• Manage company leases and renegotiate agreements to optimize costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
