• At least 2 years hands-on geothermal systems experience (service, troubleshooting, installation).
• Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to build productive relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
