Job summary

Dandelion Energy is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead field support for Mountain West geothermal operations from the Denver area. The role emphasizes training, diagnostics, and warranty management, partnering with trade and builder partners, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Warranty teams.

You will mentor technicians, verify commissioning and field readiness, and help reduce service calls through robust documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC field service experience.
• EPA Section 608 certification (Type II or Universal).
• Proven ability to train and coach technicians.
• Strong electrical diagnostic skills and wiring knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Located in or willing to relocate to the Denver metro area.

Responsibilities

• Own technical HVAC support for partners and internal teams across the Mountain West.
• Diagnose heat pump systems, fault codes, and ground loop performance.
• Lead commissioning, startup verification, and quality inspections.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and service bulletins.
• Escalate product issues to Engineering and drive resolutions.
