Air+ is seeking an entrepreneurial sales leader to drive nationwide growth in HVAC distribution. You will sell bipolar ionization products to distributors, partner with regional rep agencies, and build demand with large contractors.

This role reports to the President and requires a self-starter mindset with minimal oversight. Expect 50-60% travel initially, the ability to forecast pipelines, and success in stocking Air+ products at branch level.

Qualifications

• Relationships with commissioned distributor rep agencies across the US.
• Direct sales experience with HVAC distributors.
• 10+ years of HVAC distribution experience.
• Self-starter with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% initially.

Responsibilities

• Win new distributor accounts and get Air+ products stocked and promoted at the branch level.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage commissioned distributor-focused rep agencies in each region.
• Build excitement with large contractors and direct their purchasing to local distributors.
• Run your own pipeline and forecast, and report on sell-in and sell-through.
• Represent Air+ at distributor shows, rep meetings, and industry events.
