Acrisure seeks a National Leader, High-Net-Worth Personal Lines to drive growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the HNW Personal Lines book. You will define a national growth plan, strengthen advisor performance, and build a scalable operating model across regions and channels, with on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, private client, or related advisory businesses with HNW exposure.
• Proven track record leading growth, retention, profitability, and performance in a sizeable Personal Lines or private client portfolio.
• Strong sales leadership with direct advisor management, coaching, KPI development, and performance accountability.
• Deep understanding of HNW market dynamics, carrier relationships, underwriting appetite, and coverage complexity.
• Ability to recruit, develop onboarding and coaching programs for high-performing producers or advisors.

Responsibilities

• Own overall performance of the HNW Personal Lines book, including revenue growth, retention, and profitability.
• Establish performance targets by segment, region, and advisor with an accountability model.
• Drive growth and retention through a disciplined operating cadence and clear reporting.
• Define and execute the national growth strategy for HNW Personal Lines.
• Lead and manage HNW-focused client advisors to improve production, retention, and book growth.
• Implement sales management discipline, including pipeline tracking and coaching.
• Identify, recruit, and hire top-tier HNW talent and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Own strategy for growth across the entire HNW portfolio and cross-sell opportunities.
