• 15+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or private client advisory.
• Proven track record leading growth, retention, and profitability in HNW/private client portfolios.
• Strong sales leadership with KPI development, coaching, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of national HNW Personal Lines performance, growth, retention, and profitability.
• Define and execute a national growth strategy across segments, regions, and channels.
• Lead and manage HNW client advisors to improve new business production and client expansion.
• Establish KPIs, provide coaching, and drive advisor productivity and accountability.
