Job summary

Bayer is seeking a National Account Director, Health Systems, to drive sales and market growth within major healthcare systems and IDNs across the USA. The role requires deep healthcare knowledge, formulary experience, and collaboration with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing national account plans, leading regional teams, and engaging with key decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• Experience with hospitals, health systems, IDNs, and organized customers.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales with hospital/health systems experience; CV-related product experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic account sales plan to target national health systems and hospital networks.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to identify opportunities and grow product adoption.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead and coach Regional Account Directors to achieve sales objectives.
• Participate in conferences and meetings with healthcare stakeholders to drive growth.
