The role drives sales within major health systems, IDNs and hospital networks, guiding regional teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners to execute strategies and meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales to hospitals, strong communication and leadership skills, and willingness to travel nationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in hospitals/health systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% regionally and nationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic account sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets within health systems.
• Collaborate with RADs and AGMs to grow product adoption and win new business.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead and coach regional teams to achieve sales objectives.
• Report on sales performance and analyze data to identify improvements.
