Job summary

Bayer is seeking a National Account Director for Health Systems in the USA. You will drive sales and market growth within major health systems, IDNs, and organized customers, reporting to the Area Vice-President, Customer Engagement.

The role requires deep knowledge of formulary processes, hospital needs, and cross-functional collaboration to execute strategy and achieve sales goals. You will lead with RADs, AGMs, and Learning and Development to improve product knowledge, engage in industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
• Experience working with hospitals, health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and organized customers
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales with direct hospital/health system experience, CVR/heart failure preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic account sales plan to achieve targets within health systems
• Collaborate with RADs, AGMs, and other teams to win new business
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies
• Lead and coach regional teams to meet sales goals
• Report on sales performance and market trends
