Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales with hospitals/health systems experience.
• Experience with cardiovascular products in health systems; heart failure preferred.
• Proven formulary and pathway adoption in health systems or hospital environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% regionally and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic account sales plan to achieve/exceed targets within health systems.
• Collaborate with RADs and AGMs to grow product adoption.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Pull through national advocacy initiatives within health systems and hospital networks.
• Lead and coach RADs to meet sales objectives and ensure best practices.
• Partner with Learning and Development for product and regulatory training.
• Engage in conferences, trade shows, and stakeholder meetings.
• Report on sales performance and analyze data to identify improvements.
