Job summary

Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a National Head of Account Management to lead the field strategy and execution for the commercial launch of allogeneic cell therapy Tab-cel.

You will drive national sales targets and develop activation and engagement models for sites of care, reporting to the Senior VP of Commercial. The role requires a purpose-driven, agile leader with strong entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration, and emotional intelligence to scale the US commercial team and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related discipline.
• Experience in cell or gene therapies.
• Experience launching high priced products.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership within related Pharmaceutical, Biotech organizations.
• Experience building, and successfully leading high performing Commercial teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead ethically and compliantly to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead a national Cell Therapy Account Directors team.
• Develop and execute national account plans across the US.
• Ensure compliance and team performance to standards.
• Develop site activation strategies and patient access plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders.
• Forecast sales and report performance to senior management.
