Job summary

Lewis Bakeries is seeking a Director of Sales – National Accounts, Grocery, to drive profitable growth and distribution across a growing portfolio. The role is remote but requires residence in the Cincinnati, OH area, with up to 50% travel to customer HQs and markets.

The successful candidate will personally own headquarters relationships, lead all aspects of sales strategy, pricing, and in-market execution, and collaborate across multiple route-to-market models and broker partners to scale

Qualifications

• Experience selling to national grocery and mass retailers.
• Proven ability to grow sales and manage customer relationships at multiple levels.
• Strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned national grocery accounts, including Kroger, Target, and Publix.
• Lead HQ relationships, category reviews, and joint business planning.
• Manage go-to-market models (DSD, warehouse, pay-by-scan, distributor) and broker/distributor partners.
