Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and cover 25+ loads per week.
• Generate carrier sales leads and negotiate profitable rates.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate changes to all parties.
• Document daily check calls in AS/400 and act as primary contact for carrier and customer.
