Atlas Logistics Inc. is seeking a Freight Broker to manage moderately complex daily operations, schedule and monitor shipments, and maintain system currency.

The role emphasizes carrier negotiations, client communication, and building strong partnerships to support Atlas Logistics’ growth and profitability. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of freight brokerage experience, knowledge of TL/LTL pricing, and proficiency with TMS tools such as TMW.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of freight brokerage experience required.
• Knowledge of TL/LTL and pricing structures.
• Strong carrier negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with TMS like TMW required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor shipments, maintain data accuracy in systems.
• Negotiate with carriers to achieve favorable rates and terms.
• Develop and maintain carrier relationships for Atlas Logistics.
• Track shipments and communicate issues to clients to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with STG to optimize backhaul and revenue.
