The position focuses on revenue growth, compliance, and workforce development, reporting to executive leadership and serving as a representative in client-facing engagements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in default services or mortgage servicing.
• Experience managing large portfolios and staff with measurable performance accountability.
• Strong understanding of client scorecards, performance metrics and cost management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent and drive performance improvement.
• Exceptional communication, analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily review, management, and oversight of assigned portfolios.
• Monitor client scorecards as received and key performance drivers daily to ensure performance meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Provide feedback and cures to deficiencies on scorecards or internal findings.
• Proactively identify trends, performance gaps, and operational defects and develop corrective action plans.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining disciplined cost control.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client systems and performance metrics.
• Prepare for and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and data-driven analysis.
• Cover for managers when necessary.
