Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Fleet Program Manager to oversee the lifecycle, strategy, and daily operations of a national fleet of 2,500 light to medium-duty vehicles. You will drive fleet planning, optimize fuel, repairs, and maintenance, and collaborate with field operations, finance, and vendors.

AI tools will be used to enhance data analysis and automate processes, delivering safe, reliable, and cost-efficient results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in Fleet management or corporate fleet department.
• 2+ years with MS Word/Excel, Google Workspace, and fleet systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle, strategy, and operations of a national fleet of 2,500 vehicles.
• Resolve bottlenecks by structured fleet planning; align with field ops, finance, and vendors.
• Develop fuel management, repair, and maintenance programs for safety and cost efficiency.
• Integrate AI programs to enhance fleet data analysis and automation.
• Lead vendor relationships and fleet partnerships to maximize value.
