Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager to own core functions within the Fleet Finance Organization, partnering with Global Fleet & Products to scale the fleet, enable flexible capacity, and drive efficiency. The role uses AI tools to accelerate analysis and support strategic decisions across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include leading complex financial models for fleet acquisitions, developing a financial framework for ambiguous inputs, and delivering executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: develop a long-term fleet strategy and optimize cost & on-road efficiency.
• Financial Modeling: build complex NPV models for fleet acquisitions and pilot programs; automate data extraction and reporting.
• FP&A: manage weekly/monthly financial reviews, forecasting, and reporting; drive AI-assisted improvements.
• Business Analysis: resolve finance issues, improve tools/processes, and champion data-driven decisions.
• People: participate in hiring, mentor teammates, and promote AI usage to boost productivity.
