Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Field Access Training Leader to shape disease state, product, and access learning for Field Access Managers in a remote, U.S.-based role. You will oversee training strategy, develop curricula, and manage end-to-end delivery across multiple brands in a dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Director of Field Access Training, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness, maintain compliant materials, and optimize training impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• MS/MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, immunology, biologic, biotech, or medical industry.
• At least 5 years of field access experience.
• At least 2 years of access, sales, field, or commercial training experience.
• Ability to collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Healthcare business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead training strategy development for in-market brands and launches.
• Assess needs and develop training solutions with business partners.
• Create disease state, product, and access training curricula and roadmaps.
• Manage end-to-end training delivery and new-hire training for Field Access Managers.
• Partner across teams to align training design and launch readiness.
• Maintain compliant training materials across platforms, venues, and events.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement updates.
• Manage assigned training budgets and vendors with the Director.

Education
