Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in the U.S. Business Unit is seeking a remote Field Access Training Leader to strengthen capabilities of Field Access Managers and support launches.

You will lead training strategy development for disease state, product, and access learning, manage end-to-end delivery, and partner across teams to align training design with market needs. This role requires extensive pharma experience and collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience building training strategies from business needs in collaboration with partners.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop solutions across stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with deadlines.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech environment with a health care business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead training strategy development for in-market brands and launches, aligning with business needs and partners.
• Assess needs and develop training solutions with business partners and Field Access leadership.
• Create disease state, product, and access training curricula and roadmaps.
• Manage end-to-end training delivery and lead initial and new-hire training for Field Access Managers.
• Partner across teams to align training design, launch readiness, and field training approaches.
• Maintain compliant training materials and curricula across platforms, venues, and events.
• Evaluate and improve training effectiveness with Learning Strategy & Operations, implementing updates.
• Manage assigned training budgets and vendors in partnership with the Director of Field Access.
