Job summary

The Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD) is seeking a Field Operations Program Director in Austin, Texas. This role involves managing Contractor resources, ensuring compliance with the California Connect contract, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, have strong project management skills, and be proficient in American Sign Language. The position may require travel and is primarily virtual.

Qualifications

• Experience leading statewide programs.
• Experience as a Field Operations Program Manager or Project Director.
• Supervised teams of 25 or more on statewide projects.
• Building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of American Sign Language required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Field Operations Team and staff.
• Engage with the CPUC Management Team.
• Collaborate with DDTP Vendors and service partners.
• Ensure compliance with performance and SLAs.
• Report on project progress to stakeholders.
