Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial mechanical services or related field service environments.
• 5+ years of leadership overseeing field service operations or multi-location teams.
• Experience driving performance across decentralized or multi-site businesses.
• Track record of developing SOPs, operating standards, KPI governance, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership across field service organizations, including workforce planning, service supervision, dispatch, and service delivery.
• Improve work order management, scheduling, documentation, labor utilization, parts coordination, and service quality.
• Set expectations around productivity, first-time fix rates, response times, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Standardize field workflows and service management practices across the portfolio.
• Lead corrective actions and continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.
