Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a National Equipment Store Manager to lead equipment operations across Weston locations from West Chester, PA onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in environmental services or related field.
• Experience managing equipment operations, inventory and maintenance across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of environmental field equipment and safety regulations.
• Mechanical aptitude with pumps, gauges, meters, engines.
• Experience leading dispersed teams and coaching staff.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems, reporting tools, and equipment tracking software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and manage competing priorities.
• Profit-and-loss management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop a national equipment management strategy to optimize utilization and efficiency across sites.
• Oversee national equipment inventory, tracking, condition, maintenance status and movement.
• Manage equipment maintenance, calibration, inspection, repair and replacement programs for readiness.
• Coordinate equipment requests, check-out/check-in, returns, and accountability for staff and project teams.
• Partner with project managers and regional managers to anticipate needs and support execution.
• Lead, train, and coach equipment store staff and regional managers; set performance expectations.
• Oversee procurement activities, supplier management, contract negotiations, and budget planning.
• Maintain records and reporting on inventory, utilization, maintenance, inspections, safety, and KPIs.
• Monitor performance indicators, drive improvements, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Travel to Weston locations as needed to support operations and ensure consistency across stores.
