Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in environmental services, equipment operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in equipment operations or environmental services.
• Experience managing equipment operations, inventory, and maintenance across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of environmental field equipment and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop geographically dispersed teams.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and asset tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national equipment management strategy across locations.
• Manage national equipment inventory, tracking, and movement of equipment.
• Oversee maintenance, calibration, inspection, repair, and replacement programs.
• Coordinate equipment requests, check-in/check-out, and accountability for internal teams.
• Partner with project managers and regional managers to anticipate equipment needs.
• Lead and develop equipment store staff and regional managers.
• Oversee procurement, supplier management, contracts, and budget planning for equipment.
• Maintain accurate records on inventory, utilization, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in utilization and customer satisfaction.
• Travel to Weston locations as needed to support operations and consistency.
