Job summary

PrimeSpace Capital seeks an Entitlements Manager to oversee zoning, entitlements, permitting, and pre-construction activities for self-storage projects nationwide.

Responsibilities include coordinating with land use attorneys, engineers, and consultants, representing the firm before municipalities, tracking milestones and budgets, and supporting transition from development to construction. Travel nationwide 20–40% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate development or entitlement experience.
• Strong understanding of zoning, land use, permitting, and municipal approval processes.
• Willingness to travel nationally approximately 20–40% to project sites and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Research and determine feasibility to obtain zoning, entitlement, permitting, and municipal approvals for projects.
• Source and be lead point of contact for local land use attorneys, engineers, architects, and consultants.
• Represent PrimeSpace Capital before municipalities and regulatory agencies; coordinate utilities and infrastructure planning.
• Track entitlement milestones, approvals, risks, and budgets; manage timelines and deadlines for permits.
• Support the transition from development into construction.
• Travel to project sites and municipal meetings nationwide as needed.
