InPwr, Inc. is looking for a National Electrical Foreman to join our dynamic team.

Schedule

This is a traveling position. Must be open to working 17 days on and 4 days off, 10 hours per day, 58 hours per week. Overtime and night shifts are required.

Day to Day and Essential Functions

• Lead a job site of journeyman electricians and apprentices
• Install service wiring, conduits, fixtures and other electrical devices on commercial projects
• Complete projects per contracted and designed drawings, specifications, and wiring diagrams
• Ensure all electrical work meets or exceeds NEC and local codes
• Accurately document work performed and processes involved
• Provide daily reporting, look-aheads, and progress updates
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks
• Follow correct processes and procedures for all company policies
• Maintain compliance with PPE and safety regulations (OSHA and company programs)
• Lead, guide, and train other electricians in applicable procedures and techniques

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be 18 or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years experience as a Journeyman Electrician with industrial or mission-critical experience (Data Center, Waste Water, etc.)
• Ability to read maps, manuals, specs, blueprints, and instructions
• Knowledge of NEC and ability to navigate the guidelines
• Capable of bending conduit by hand and using standard power tools (saws, threaders, wire tuggers, hydraulic benders, knockout punches)
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
• Positive can do attitude; team player and leader
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Follow all company safety procedures

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, and snow). Team members must carry personal tools (about 30 lbs.) and work from various types of ladders, scaffolds, and aerial lifts at heights up to 90 feet. Duties involve accessing restricted areas such as manholes, tunnels, and crawl spaces, wearing appropriate PPE, and performing repetitive motions with arms, hands, and fingers. Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks, including bending, stooping, climbing, lifting up to 51 lbs., and completing overhead work for extended periods. Position requires good vision, constant movement, and ability to work long shifts (up to 10 hours per day, 58 hours per week), including overtime and night shifts.
