Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide national leadership for the electrical engineering discipline as Technical Discipline Manager (TDM).
• Oversee Regional Technical Leads (RTLs) and electrical teams nationwide.
• Establish discipline standards, design criteria, and best practices across regions.
• Lead and mentor engineering leaders; support performance management and succession planning.
• Drive growth through strategic hiring and resource planning.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance across EPC, EPCM, and design‑only projects.
