About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a global manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket wheels, tires, suspension systems, and automotive accessories seeking a Regional EHS Manager in Western U.S. based in CA. This organization supports 42 sites across the U.S., Canada, Australia, Belgium, and the UK. Following a 2024 restructuring, the company has emerged leaner and more focused on its core B2B business under new ownership and leadership.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead multi-site occupational safety efforts across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution environments.

Key areas of focus include:

• Lead multi-site occupational safety programs
• Build standardized safety systems
• Drive safety culture across the region
• Influence plant leadership without direct authority
• Develop enterprise safety initiatives
• Conduct audits, training, and continuous improvement activity
• Support fabrication, suspension manufacturing, custom wheel manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and powered industrial truck operations
• Help create scalable safety systems across the organization

Who You Are

You are an early-to-mid career safety leader who brings more than compliance knowledge. You know how to build relationships, influence leaders, and move safety culture forward.

You are comfortable working across multiple sites and understand how to create practical safety programs that can scale. This role is a fit for someone who can communicate clearly, gain trust with plant teams, and drive change without needing direct authority.

You would do well here if you are strategic, hands-on, and motivated by the chance to build something with long-term impact.

Preferred Experience & Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Multi-site experience required
• Strong occupational safety background
• Knowledge of California and state-plan regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
• Powered industrial truck program experience is a plus
• Change management and program development experience is a plus
• CSP or CIH certification is a plus, but not required
• Ability to travel approximately 20%
