Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, a related science, or an EHS field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Strong consulting and client-management capabilities with ability to drive outcomes.
• Proven ability to grow client relationships and win new business.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across geographies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish near- and long-term vision and goals for the EHS practice.
• Lead and mentor talent, recruit and develop the team, and build capability.
• Cultivate client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee project delivery, budgets, and scalable process improvements.
• Represent Arcadis in industry forums, conferences, and publications.
