Arcadis seeks an experienced leader to head and grow its nationwide Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) practice. You will guide a cross-disciplinary team, shape strategy, and strengthen client relationships while expanding the EHS portfolio across industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, a related science, or an EHS-related field.
15+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
Strong consulting, client management, stakeholder engagement, and influencing capabilities.
Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and delivering complex projects across geographies.
Experience overseeing project execution, budgets, and implementing scalable systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow Arcadis' nationwide EHS practice with strategic oversight.
Establish near- and long-term vision, prioritize capabilities, and foster a high-performance culture.
Cultivate client relationships, identify opportunities, and expand the EHS portfolio.
Oversee project execution, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with process improvements.
Lead talent development and collaborate across geographies and disciplines.
