Arcadis is seeking a dynamic leader to head the nationwide EHS practice, overseeing a diverse team of environmental compliance, permitting, health and safety, air quality, and sustainability professionals. You will guide strategic growth, client relationships, and operational excellence across multiple industries.

You will recruit, develop, and mentor teams, drive scalable processes, and champion innovations in digital EHS tools to enhance delivery and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, a related science, or an EHS-related field.
• 15+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow client relationships.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and delivering complex projects.
• Experience overseeing project execution, timelines, and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish near- and long-term vision and strategic goals for the EHS practice across geographies.
• Lead, mentor and develop talent; promote professional growth and capability.
• Grow client relationships and identify new business opportunities in EHS.
