Qualifications

15+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
Strong expertise in EHS compliance and management services.
Proven ability to build and grow client relationships and win new business.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects across geographies.

Responsibilities

Set near- and long-term strategic goals for the EHS practice and translate them into priorities.
Lead talent development, recruitment, and high-performance culture across the team.
Cultivate client relationships and identify new business opportunities across industries.
Oversee project execution, timelines, budgets, and adaptability to digital tools and scalable systems.
Represent Arcadis in industry forums and publications; share intellectual capital.
