• Demonstrated leadership across multiple accounts or units.
• Experience with P&L oversight and budgeting in hospitality, facilities, or related service industries.
• Strong client/consumer relationship management and contractual understanding.
• Ability to hire, assess, and develop talent across district teams.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to drive growth, productivity, and cost controls in a multi-site setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own operational management and financial performance for multiple sites/districts.
• Drive revenue growth, margins, and client satisfaction across the district.
• Oversee safety, quality, and service excellence for employees and clients.
• Travel frequently to client locations within the district to ensure execution.
• Coach and mentor managers, conduct regular strategy and performance reviews.
