Job summary

Aramark is seeking a District Manager - Community Health to lead a geographic district, directing multiple units to achieve revenue and financial targets while ensuring safety, quality, and service excellence. This role requires travel to client sites and a drive to grow performance and client satisfaction across the district.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of leadership experience and a strong background in P&L management, with a degree in business or related field.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience, typically acquired over 5-10 years, including P&L responsibility within hospitality, retail, facilities, direct store delivery or food/beverage.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with broad knowledge of management practices, business judgement and client/consumer interaction.
• Confirmed ability to hire, assess, develop and grow hard-working talent.
• Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements, including identifying opportunities within contract terms and conditions to address operational issues.
• Established communication and teamwork skills to work with all levels from front line to leadership.
• Proven success in a repeatable business model, including leading through change and turnaround initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree generally required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leadership across multiple accounts and units; own operational management and financial performance; ensure safety, quality and service excellence.
• Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport; communicate progress and satisfy contractual obligations.
• Build revenue and manage budgets; oversee P&L and financial targets using company systems.
• Lead labor and financial initiatives; ensure efficient operations and proper cost controls.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance across units.
