This role drives the vision, growth, and national presence of our Power Delivery & Generation business, spanning transmission, distribution, substation, power generation, and emerging energy solutions.
The role partners with market leaders, experts, project managers, and business unit leaders to deliver complex energy projects, align strategy with execution,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in the power delivery, substation, transmission, distribution, or power generation industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide national leadership and strategic direction for Olsson's Power Delivery & Generation market.
- Partner with market, operational, and technical leaders to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with firmwide objectives.
- Drive business performance through oversight of financial results, resource planning, project execution, and operational effectiveness.
