Job summary

IST Management Services, Inc. is seeking a National Director of Training in Atlanta. You will drive organization-wide training across all departments, focusing on high-level e-Discovery and litigation support roles.

This on-site role reports to the VP of Human Resources and involves hosting multi-session classes with a strong emphasis on process and systems improvement. Candidates must hold a JD with active bar certification and deep knowledge of e-Discovery.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of e-Discovery and litigation support from a user perspective.
• Ability to train employees for sales and operations positions across multiple verticals.
• Excellent on-site and virtual training delivery skills to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide training across all verticals.
• Host on-site training sessions at IST HQ in Atlanta, GA.
• Collaborate with executives and HR to improve processes and systems.
• Support sales teams with product and solution knowledge as needed.
