What’s the role?

• Strategic leadership of the sales team at a regional and branch level; ensuring targets are met, continuous training opportunities, mentoring, developing sales strategies and protocols
• Regular travel to the different branches to provide in-person training
• Conduct regular performance check-ins with Branch Sales Managers and guide them through improvements
• Design and implement national outreach campaigns and initiatives

What we need from you

• Extensive background in sales leadership
• Commercial roofing or commercial construction background
• Ability to train and mentor large teams of sales reps
• Experience running a team nationally
