Service Sales Director (Southeast Region)

Overview

Elekta is seeking Service Sales Specialists to join our dynamic Service Team! The Service Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling Service Agreement renewals across our product portfolio, focusing on increasing contract penetration and service revenue in a remote environment. This role involves contacting prospective customers, explaining service features, and employing persuasive sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive Service Agreement renewal sales remotely to enhance contract penetration and service revenue.
• Update SFDC Opportunities to maintain visibility of sales progress.
• Analyze the installed base and identify additional service sales opportunities.
• Support Region Sales with follow-up from Trade Shows and industry events.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Elekta’s product portfolio to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide feedback to marketing regarding customer requirements, pricing, competition, and product quality issues.
• Participate in planning, forecasting, and strategy meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of successful service sales or sales support experience in high-tech medical devices or related fields.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 30-40%.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SFDC (CLM).

Additional Details

The US base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000.
