Qualifications

Direct, hands-on operational experience with RCRA- and DOT-regulated hazardous waste.
Experience leading multi-site operations across geographic regions.
Strong knowledge of hazardous waste regulations (RCRA, DOT, EPA).
Ability to travel up to 50% nationally.

Responsibilities

Lead all hazardous waste operations across the organization, including on-site hospital programs and regional services.
Develop scalable national operating models and standardized procedures.
Drive safety, service quality, labor productivity, and profitability.
Partner with EH&S and Transportation/Supply Chain to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Support regulatory inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
