Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide operations and partner with divisional leaders to standardize workflows, improve efficiency, and optimize client service across the agency. This senior role drives sustainable improvements, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives in a dynamic brokerage environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership within a large brokerage, an active P&C license, and CPCU or CIC designation;

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable improvements.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process optimization to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
