What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operational decision-making within the cyber claims framework
- Collaborate with carriers to enhance the claims process and evaluate performance in claims handling
- Develop systems for collecting and reporting on claims data, implementing knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Act as a liaison between clients, insurers, and internal teams to improve claims management processes
- Support regional claim colleagues on complex first- and third-party cyber claim issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience with strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services

- Strong technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage and policy language requirements
