What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operational decision-making and improve efficiencies within the cyber claims framework
- Collaborate with carriers to enhance the claim process and evaluate carrier performance in claims handling
- Develop systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on claims data
- Facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on claims strategies and operational goals
- Support regional claim colleagues in an advisory capacity on complex cyber claims

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience with strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; law degree preferred (J.D., AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM equivalent preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage and contractual policy language requirements
- Must be accessible outside of normal business hours for urgent issues
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with a high sense of urgency
