What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operational decision-making and improve efficiencies within the cyber claims framework
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of claims and provide expert guidance on cyber-related incidents
- Develop and implement systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on claims data
- Facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on claim strategies and operational goals
- Act as a liaison between clients, insurers, and internal teams to drive improvements in claims management processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience with strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; law degree preferred (J.D., AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM equivalent preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage, contractual policy language, and information technology systems
- Must be accessible outside of normal business hours for urgent issues
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills
