About This Role

This entry-level client support role handles administrative tasks throughout various stages of a work order. You will ensure that client requests are received, updated, and completed satisfactorily.

What You’ll Do
  • Dispatch and coordinate client service work requests for fire alarm systems, fire sprinklers, and other fire protection equipment with our national network of subcontractors and district offices.
  • Follow up on current customer jobs to ensure satisfaction and constant communication.
  • Handle escalated calls, research issues, and determine solutions.
  • Manage service level expectations, including technician scheduling, job quoting, and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Department on billing issues to ensure timely invoicing.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams and departments.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Customer service and/or dispatch experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office: Outlook and Excel.

National Facilities Maintenance experience is a plus!

Successful completion of a drug test and background screening is required. MVR checks are required for driving positions.
