Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a National Controls Support Specialist I to provide phone-based technical assistance to on-site field technicians and end users. The role includes testing digital controls, startup support, and training assistance.

Qualified candidates have an associate degree and 2–4 years HVAC experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. On-call work and travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with HVAC controls exposure.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with electrical control systems and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve national support calls for AAON controls.
• Test and troubleshoot AAON digital controls and boards.
• Assist in on-site startup and field troubleshooting.
• Support training for site and remote personnel.
• Perform administrative duties for controls support.
• Assist with onboarding new National controls staff.
